Aresta Stay was created with a simple belief: property should be managed responsibly, clearly and with respect for everyone involved.
Having worked across engineering, business development, and professional services, I’ve seen how easily trust erodes in property when roles are blurred or standards slip.
That’s why we work carefully with landlords and estate agents, taking properties on company let / corporate tenancy agreements and then housing vetted professional occupants, not at scale but with intention. We ensure each property we take on is suitable, compliant and properly managed for the long term.
Aresta Stay uses professional legal contracts and specialist insurance appropriate for corporate and professional stays.
